Job Description

We are now looking for a service desk employee who is engaged, service-oriented, and solution-focused. In this role, you will provide daily IT support to users by receiving and managing requests via phone, chat, and service portal. The work involves troubleshooting, guidance, and problem-solving to ensure that the business can continue to operate efficiently. You have a professional and secure demeanor, good communication skills, and always strive to create a positive user experience.

You have the ability to quickly identify and resolve common IT problems related to, for example, login, network, clients, and business systems. You possess good knowledge of the Windows environment, Microsoft 365, client and mobile management, access administration, and working in ticketing systems. You can explain technical solutions in an educational manner, instill confidence in the user, and act professionally in all contact channels. The role requires you to be proactive, work in a structured manner, seek underlying causes, and follow up on cases all the way to closure, even in collaboration with other support and specialist functions.

Must-haves

• Relevant post-secondary education in IT, technology, or another comparable field,
• or several years of documented experience from working in technical support or a similar role.
• Experience working in a technical support function via phone, preferably within first line or second line.
• Good ability to communicate calmly, clearly, and professionally with users and customers.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

• Experience working in larger organizations, preferably within the public sector.
